About John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning
John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning has been providing high quality drain cleaning services to Boston businesses and homes since 1976, having grown to become your full-service drain solutions provider. We serve Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Northern Connecticut.
Service is our top priority
We employ more than 35 drain technicians to handle many different types of drain, sewer and plumbing problems. Our staff is large enough to ensure that we can reach your problem quickly, but small enough to ensure that we can train and manage them to diagnose and solve your problem effectively. Our decades of experience has allowed us to tailor programs that can also help you maintain your building’s drains over the long term, something you should strongly consider if you are a busy restaurant manager, property manager or live in an older home. See how our technicians are trained.
Drain cleaning is our specialty
Drain systems can be complex—and experience matters. When you have a backed up drain, it’s best to call someone who has experience specifically diagnosing and solving such problems, not a company that cleans drains to supplement other work. We have specialized in drain systems specifically since our inception in 1976. Drains are what we do, so you can rest assured you’ll get the very best possible service when you call us for help with your drain issues.
Leadership in drain management
John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning is a family owned business, led by Larry Gillis. Before John’s, Larry served as president and chief executive officer of Roto-Rooter and owned several franchises, giving him a very valuable perspective in offering the finest in drain cleaning service. Larry has over 50 years of experience helping customers solve their drain cleaning and management issues.
Day-to-day management of John’s is led by Scott McDonald and Shanna Sands, each with 15 years serving John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning customers.
